1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Because many of our products are made-to-order and personalized, processing time may vary depending on demand.
During peak seasons (holidays, special promotions), processing time may be extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Time Estimates

Amborders is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
5. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided:

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately within 6 hours of placing your order.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier:

If a package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), please contact us and we will assist in filing an investigation with the carrier.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.
Amborders is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
8. Damaged Items During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged:

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
9. Multiple Shipments
