Thank you for shopping at Amborders. We take pride in creating high-quality apparel, accessories, and personalized veteran-themed gifts. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our products are made-to-order and personalized, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

We accept returns or replacements if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The size received does not match the size ordered (based on order confirmation)

We do not accept returns due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size (if size selected matches order confirmation)

  • Minor color differences caused by screen display

  • Personalized/custom spelling errors made by the customer


3. Return Window

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or replacement.

Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.


4. Proof Required

To process a return or replacement, you must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos showing the issue (damage, defect, incorrect item)

Without photo proof, we cannot process claims.


5. Refunds

If your claim is approved:

  • A replacement will be sent at no additional cost
    OR

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.


6. Return Shipping

If a return is required:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Amborders is not responsible for lost return shipments.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Personalized/customized products

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items
